Important Policies:
– Payment Policy: All dues need to be cleared at the time of check in.
– Room Specifications: Our rooms are compact (approx. 110–350 sq. ft.) with Queen-size beds. We do not recommend exceeding standard occupancy.
– Room Allocation: Specific rooms or floor levels cannot be guaranteed in advance. Rooms can be allotted anywhere as per room category. No pick & choose facility is there to confirm you any specific room.
– Facilities: Lift is always available. But if you can use staircase, if any emergency appears, then you can proceed for lift facilitated hotels. As it is a fully salty environment surrounding property, elevation system can be failure at any time & it minimally requires 1-2 days in worst situation.
– Parking: Limited parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved.
– Cancellations & Modifications: Requests for cancellations or modifications cannot be permitted due to any unexpected property renovation, government restrictions, or personal preferences are not permitted.
– Child Policy: Children above 10 years of age are charged at the adult rate.
– Check in time: 8 AM & check out time: 7 AM

Cancellation Policy:
– No-Show: Non-arrival by 12:00 AM midnight on the check-in date will be treated as a No-Show, and the reservation will be automatically cancelled following the night audit. All deposits will be forfeited as cancellation revenue.
– Cancellations (> 5 days): For cancellation requests submitted more than 5 days prior to your arrival date, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s charge per room will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded.
– Cancellations (< 5 days): For cancellation requests submitted less than 5 days prior to your arrival date, all advance payments are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy:
– Reservations may be rescheduled to avoid cancellation charge only once within 2-3 months of the original check-in date. To avail of this option, a written rescheduling request must be submitted at least five days prior to check-in.
