Cancellation Policy

Reservation and Cancellation Policy Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel directly.

Check-in time is 8:00 AM, Check-out time is 7:00 AM. If cancelled before 5 days of the arrival date then one day charge will be deducted & rest will be refunded.

If cancelled after the mentioned deadline (i.e less than 5 days before arrival date) then the advance will be non refundable.

Room Tax @ 16.05% consists of 12% GST,service tax and 4.05 online pro

The Credit Card Holder must be one of the travelers.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

Child Policy :
No extra bed will be provided to accommodate any child included in the booking. No extra bed will be provided to accommodate any additional guest included in the booking.

Privacy Policy:
We respect your privacy at Hotel New Sea hawk and all of our related sites. We do not distribute your personal information to any third parties. This includes not only your email address, but any personal information you input during your use of the site. We reserve the right to change this policy in the future, but not without giving notice and providing individuals with the opportunity to opt-out. We do not track or monitor any one individual’s activity on the website.
